I/ WARRANTY POLICY:
If the defect arises during the Warranty Period, please contact the hotline or visit Renaissance Collection pop-up store for further warranty information.

Terms of Warranty:
- Repair of any defects in workmanship and materials.
- In order to register your claim, please kindly email the serial number of your piano to Renaissance Collection. Should any defects develop within the time of warranty, it should be reported immediately to be replaced at the company’s discretion with an identical piano or one which is reasonably equivalent. This is without charge to the owner.
Conditions of Warranty:
- Under the Warranty Period from the date of product delivery, the instrument iswarranted against defects.
- Warranty Period is stated clearly on Warranty Certificate for any technical defects.
- The product is accompanied with a Warranty Registration Card.
- Proof of documents shown: invoice/ receipt/ contract (if any).
Warranty Limitations:
- Consequential losses, damages or expenses, indirectly from the sale, handling or use of its piano or any other related cause. Under this warranty, we accept liability that is limited only to the repair or replacement of the piano.
- Excessive use, careless handling or unfitting housing of the instrument.
- The serial number has been altered or removed or the piano itself has been altered in any way from the standards as constructed by us.
- Maintenance procedures as deemed necessary and correct, outlined in the guide lines to proper care or in the Owner’s Manual (for digital pianos), have not been followed. The defect arises from exposure to extremes in humidity or temperature, or other negligence, abuse or accident.
- Technical service that has been performed by improperly trained or unauthorized personnel.
- Warranty does not apply to finish discoloration and other changes in the surface, i.e. cracks and shrinkage, due to extreme temperature, moisture, or other mistreatment.

- The product is accompanied with a Warranty Card and or a Warranty Sticker on it.
- Proof of documents shown: invoice/ receipt/ contract (if any).
Warranty Limitations:
- Product’s Warranty Period is expired.
- Loss of Warranty Certificate.
- No serial number and / or date of purchase on Warranty Certificate.
- The defects are caused by physical impact: cracks, shrinkage, humidity, rust or fire and natural disasters.
- Mice and insects access to the instrument.
- Improper product use as opposed to manuals.
- False electricity charges.
- Product prepared and dismantled by individuals who are not delegated by Renaissance Collection.
Maintenance:
- Maintenance Policy is applied for acoustic piano.
- Free tuning service is applied in 2 years time from the date of purchase.
II/ PRODUCT EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY:
1. Defects from Renaissance Collection:
False products compared to the orders: In this case, Renaissance Collection will exchange to the right one.
Defective products: Kindly check the instruments on delivery. If the defects are caused by the transporters, please reject the products and notify to Renaissance Collection.
Conditions of Exchange/ Return:
- Exchange/Return period: Within 3 days from the date of delivery if the equivalent product is in stock. This applies to owners who reside within Ho Chi Minh city.
- For customers who live in different provinces, Renaissance Collection will further consult on the timeline of new product delivery to the end users. Extra delivery cost incurs depending on the owner’s location.
Conditions:
- No loss of intact product’s components.
- Proof of documents shown: Invoice/ receipt/ contract (if any).
- In case the product does not qualify for the above, the decision to exchange/ return is on Renaissance Collection.
2. Change in buying decision:
There might be a chance that after purchasing, the customer will change your mind. In this case, kindly return the product within 3 days from the date of delivery. The return will be proceeded. This applies to owners who reside with in Ho Chi Minh city.
For customers who live in different provinces, Renaissance Collection will further consult on the timeline of new product delivery to the end users. Extra delivery cost incurs depending on the owner’s location.
Conditions:
- No loss of intact product’s components.
- Proof of documents shown: Invoice/ receipt/ contract (if any).
- Customer are subjected to paying the product transportation and dismantle fees.
- In case the product does not meet any requirements mentioned above, Renaissance Collection has the right to reject the product exchange/return.
