Delivery is free of charge within Ho Chi Minh City (extra charge applies for locations with extra stairs and floors). Free product installation is also included. This applies one time only.

For the customer who lives in other cities or provinces, Renaissance Collection does not cover free delivery and installation. However, Renaissance Collection gives consultations on the support, product transportation and installation fees prior to any purchase agreement and order placement.

• The customer will make direct payment with the transportation team.
• The customer has the right to work with another transportation team and must inform Renaissance Collection at least 3 days before the product is delivered. Renaissance Collection will not in charge of any damages or losses during the transportation process.
